Scaling Partner Motions: Looking for a Few Great Builders

Business team planning and strategy session

Banimo is growing, and I’m expanding our fractional delivery capacity for partner/channel execution.

Over the last several months, more teams have been pulling us into the “make it real” part of partnerships: recruiting the right partners, onboarding them effectively, and driving consistent channel production. To keep quality high while we scale, I’m building a small, selective roster of trusted partner operators I can plug into client engagements as demand comes in.

This is not a broad hiring post. It’s an invitation to a few people who are great at doing the work—and doing it with high standards.

Priority Needs

1) Recruiting + onboarding partners

This is about breaking into the right targets and moving them from “interesting” to “engaged” to “moving forward.”

Typical responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging high-fit partner targets (strategic, referral, reseller—depending on the client motion)
  • Communicating a crisp partner value proposition in outreach and live conversations
  • Leveraging existing pitch materials (and knowing how to use them effectively) to get partners on track toward a “yes”
  • Managing the follow-up, momentum, and next steps needed to reach commitment

2) Channel production

This is where partnerships become a growth engine—consistent engagement, clear motions, and measurable outcomes.

Typical responsibilities:

  • Ongoing partner engagement and relationship cadence
  • Building and running referral and resale motions that partners actually use
  • Activation programs that create movement (incentives, enablement, co-marketing, growth programs)
  • Keeping things honest with reporting: what’s active, what’s stalled, what’s producing, what needs fixing

Who thrives in this work

I’m looking for people who can communicate well, operate independently, and bring the grit required to break into targets—especially when:

  • the solution is a challenger/alternative to an incumbent, or
  • it’s a new category entirely and you’re creating belief from scratch

If you’ve successfully built traction when the story wasn’t “easy,” you’ll probably enjoy this.

Signals you’re a fit:

  • You’ve owned partner recruiting and/or activation in a real-world environment (not just strategy, or not just field enablement)
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can build momentum without a lot of supervision
  • You’re persistent and disciplined—strong follow-up, good judgment, and you don’t flinch at “no” or “not now”
  • You can translate a value prop into partner action: meetings, commitment, pipeline, and revenue

Engagement model

Near-term, these are fractional, project-based opportunities (think 5–20 hours/week depending on the engagement and your availability). The point of the roster is flexibility without sacrificing standards—right person, right scope, right timing.

The ask

If this sounds like you—or you know someone who fits—DM me with:

  • A quick snapshot of your experience (partner recruiting, onboarding, channel production)
  • The kind of motions you’ve run (referral, reseller, strategic, etc.)
  • Your general availability (and any constraints)

From there, we’ll talk timing, rates, and scope and see if there’s a fit for upcoming work.

Thanks for being in my corner as Banimo grows. I’m excited to build this bench the right way—small, sharp, and execution-focused. 2026 is going to be big, and I fully expect fractions to have the opportunity to be 100%!
